English Traffic Vs International Traffic

Hey,
I wanted to discuss this in parts but i guess this topic will go off topic due to title but oh well lol....

So heres what i don't get...
Why do banner exchanges accept none english based websites onto there sites?... Why??

If i was a user and clicked a banner only to find i'm at some none english site which i don't know how the heck to translate anyting at all. I myself are sick of these sites signing up to mines with bad ratios and wasting my time cheating my exchange off impressions and clicks. Its just i'm not being offensive its just business and what most of the users signed up to my exchange want is no none english based sites as it sturs up trouble when sending back traffic only to be it classed as junk and gain a high bounce rate off it....

Should i just track only english based traffic and ignore the rest of it? And change the rules for only english based websites only. It would be more benifits than downers for this action...

Whats your word on this English VS International traffic topic?

English only would be the rule if I ran one.

The cheating can be a problem from anywhere though.

I really do want to just clamp off none english sites and traffic from my exchange. Countless times they...

Send International traffic to english based sites increasing bounce rate.
Signup with diffrent accounts only the domains redirect to the same domain.
Use javascript cheats for impressions.
Can't understand warnings or speak to them 1 on 1 (Feel sorry for that).
English and international langs don't mix and never mix well.
Place them in them usally in the footer with 10 others, My limit is 4 Max.

Now i know english based sites ain't that better either but the point is that theres a big lang gap on understanding and thats what they can't do unless they speak english thats fine with me. But every none english website i emailed they properly could not respond on understand my email due to the "language barrier" which i hate myself.

Just now its very clearly adding up i'll properly will do what needs to be done...

I's not a fair 1:1 trade if English site owners are getting Foreign traffic.

Don't ask me why the market values English traffic more, but it does.

Well I use CPC to get my revenue and adsense gives me very little for non English clicks. If you have a problem with non English clicks I would recommend using geotargeting. People from these country codes will have a really high cost per a click, US UK GB CA. Other places like Austrailia and Germany are some where in the middle. EBP has an option to do this but the way it is set will cause a lot more server load. Fahd wrote a thread about this on another forum and it has some really good information.

Could do that and i'll properly earn more money if that happened tbh... China is 1 step ahead on that game anyway....
