Hallo,
ArcadeExchange.com is now appealing to members on TalkArcades.com only for enquire free working staff for ArcadeExchange.com. Please do consider we take these applcations seriously and only trusted members will be allowed to take this offer on. Reason why i'm enquiring about this is due to myself handling many sites it gets harder for me to respond to member enquires and managing over the exchange. If you had as much sites as i do you would understand where i'm at right now.

What do you get if you do accept working with ArcadeExchange.com?

- Management over current members using ArcadeExchange.com
- Free impressions and clicks*
- Working hours/days flexible shifts**
- Any many extras too

*Must speak with admin before adding or taking away impressions/clicks.
**Attendance must be desent for atleast 3-4 days a week min.

I will work for you, but only for some money. Unless the free impressions and clicks I will be getting will be a very high amount.

Atm its not a very high amount but a desent amount of impressions and clicks every often or so. I'm appealing for free staff not paid ones for the time being anyway as my money is being sunk into my projects.

I doubt your exchange is large enough that you need to get people to work for you.

It takes 30 mins max daily to manage an exchange of that size.

Running a banner exchange is simple work but monitoring it and answering responces takes more than 30mins a day requires more than you think. As its a 24/7 Job too also make sure all webmasters that are kindly using my exchange are placing the banner right and correctly.

If you want to run a desent exchange let me know as properly sean who bought bannerflux.com from me would also tell you how good my work is. I try my best to insure webmasters get the best out of my exchange and if theres proplems i'll address it/them.

Running a exchange 24/7 does tend to get more work needed to it all exchange owners would properly say that as when your exchange get bigger, And your webmasters get more demanding its a good idea to expand your staff weather it be 1 or 5 more for required dutys such as promotion, support, checkup, repairing and other factors.

Atm my exchange is at a normal level but it would soon gain more webmasters and more demand for sertain things around the exchange. When you run sites and run a exchange it tends to go one way or a other at most times. In my case more to my sites expantion on the internet. I do care for my sites alot but when things get bigger i require to be prepared for such events.

So take that into account peter everything isn't so easy as you way think it maybe mr salesman.

So, you think you are going to be bigger than FunKlicks? He runs it himself, as far as I am aware. And, he does a good job of it.

ArcadeExchange isn't as good as you think it is.
