The email support is TERRIBLE. You won't receive a response for a good week, sometimes you don't even receive a response (like the last 3 I sent).

I think he just doesn't like answering my questions maybe. I have asked some pretty hard stuff I think. What he has answered has been very helpful though.

That's wierd... he just answered my email. Maybe he reads the forum?

Anyways, removing the extra page would help you gain more valuable visitors first. Bigger sites can add that extra advertisement page because they already have a huge base of traffic. I'm averaging about 8.9/pages per visit and about 6minutes/user. I just know that if I were to visit a site and get hit by these ads, I would just leave.
