Animated FavIcon
Hmmm, I know that most of us arcade owners use favicons to separate each of our site from others by simply adding a small image. However, I have just realized that some arcade sites use "ANIMATED" favicons.
I tried to look on Google to figure out how to make a favicon animated, but I simply couldn't find it. Could someone please help me? Thank you! -Mike

Just make a 16x16 animated gif, and upload it to your server, then rename it to favicon.ico
Only works for firefox users. IE users never see it. Not sure if IE supports it yet in another method, this is the only one I know of. |

Hmmm I thought of this before, but didn't think it would be that simple. I was thinking if I renamed it to .ico , it would mess up the original .gif image...

I can't remember if this does animated ones or not. I know it can animate scrolling text with your icon though, which isn't too bad.
