Showing banners to different geos.

Sorry folks, my tech talk abilities are very poor so I'll explain what I need in long hand and perhaps someone can help me.

I want to be able to show different banners to different geo locations.

For instance if I have US visitors I want them to see a certain banner and have a different banner showing for say UK and Australian visitors. Of course the banners are located in the same spot on the site.

I know it can be done as google do it for their ads. If you visit a parked ppc page different ads will be shown depending on your country of origin.

Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Hey,

You can just use Openx.
They now have geo targeting through maxmind and will give you alot of other very useful tracking information if you want to get that involved.

I've been told on my own forum that Ad Words will allow geo targetting of third party ads. Looks too hard for me to understand so I'll investigate the leads from here.

My new site is finished in the next day or so. My webmaster will have more time to look at the leads provided then.
