Flash Help- Preloader

So i was making a preloader for my site but i need a little coding help( as i'm hoping someone here atleast knows basic flash)
So i'm trying to make it so my preloader is clickable so when you click it,it goes to my website,but i can't figure out how to do this

, so would anyone by chance know how to make it like this?

well i tried using that code,but then i can only use it on a button and i don't have 1 button that runs through the whole preloader
