Ok I'm developing a fast habit of posting about topics I've covered on my blog. I'm not sure if this is against forum rules, if it is please say so and I'll stop, if it isn't I'd just like to say that it's not just about getting blog exposure, I like getting your opinions on these matters too...'yeah yeah' I see you shaking your heads! But it's true!
/end guilt trip Ok so to the point. I've been thinking about how we struture our arcades. Of course there are many ways we go about this, but there does seem to be a pattern that revolves around the classification of content by theme and the layout of content in theme blocks. I posted an illustration of this on my blog (oh stop it!) The question that I was exploring in that blog post and one which I'd like to open up the forums here is: what is the most effective way of ordering game content on your site? All ideas, thoughts and crazy shots in the dark are welcome ![]() |
