Selling Website Related Question...
I can't figure this one out i asked some IM friends but they weren't sure on this ok heres the question...
Say i was building a arcade up for a quick sale with a custom design and licenced script too but i have had it parked for a while and it hasen't earning anything yet since it was parked. So basicly.. Domain + Custom Design + Licenced script with topsites, banner exchanges, link exchanges ect. Would you class that as established or a turnkey website? (Reason for asking as buyers are picky on what its classed as plus i wanted to know for future reference.) |

pretty much...basically you're leaving the buyer the only task of getting traffic...which is good in a way I guess

Turnkey means ready to move in. No work needed to develope.
Established means already running and has following and/or rev When I give an appraisel on another site NamePros.Com - Buy, Sell, & Discuss Domain Names, I give a turnkey site a lower value. Usualy it is the cost of the DN, the price of the script, and any template/customizing work done. Then add a little to this for a profit. If it is established - rule of thumb is 10x the rev plus all of the above. RickyG PS. Of course the length of the DN and any seo it might have will also play in effect.

what is going on here? One try to sell a turnkey..and other sell a car? lol what the hell is going on? i want to sell my chicken..anyone wana buy it? lol
anyway: The most important are the template and the domain. Personally i think template is the most important. I know other webmaster can spend up to 2k for template. The template is important because is unique from any other website is attractive new visitors and make them easily to indenified your site...i can go on and on..but my english start to broken down..lol |

NO! lmao dirtymind bad mind *slaps head off desk* lol. Yea i design on my own so no need to spend up to 2k for no reason really but i can understand the full profit of it.
