who is your web host? are you using.. VPS Dedicated Reseller Shared Hosting service? can you state the name of the company? also it would be a good idea to email there support service too. |

Hi its a shared hsosting with hostgator.com the only thing ive changed is the admin password today thanks robbie

hmm.. contact them using there live support
Technical Support for HostGator Web Hosting click on live support icon if that doesn't help email support@hostgator.com remeber when talking to them state the domain and the proplem clearly if you don't they would make you look like a fool.. what is the admin password for? |

then that would no effect your site at all just your standard login which can be changed any way or day lol so i would not worry about that also when your speaking to them don't say that as they properly would go on and blame the script WHICH is not the fault its there shared servers fault as its down and keeps appearing a error 500.
They may need to reboot it or send in a tech for repairs. |
