I have had hit and miss luck with funpageexchange.com now that the rates have been raised I no longer consider it a good value.

Arcadefocus.com sellls for 1.3 cents normally, but I never see any US traffic so I had to stop buying from them.

Arcadebonus.com sends great traffic at 1 cent but is still growing so you may have to ask the owner if he has any inventory.

arcadeaffiliate.com just started his new advertising set up, I have been getting low cost clicks but at extremely low volume and ctr on my ads. Waiting for this one to pick up the pace a little before I go all out with it. Traffic is decent quality.

arcade-traffic-exchange.com great traffic, again you will have to ask the owner about inventory. Volume may vary as well.

I think I have purchased traffic from everyone on this board that sells it, if I missed anyone then they probably suck so bad I am trying to forget the experience.
