Need Simple Logo - I know what I want

I would really appriciate if someone made me a logo for my website. If it's alright with you, I will pay with backlinks/#1 link on my website for 3 months. I can also ad your banner on the homepage of my site. If I can do anything else just let me know. I already have an idea of what I want it to look like. Just a regular header banner. Actually I think I need it to be like 775x100. If you are willing to make me one, the logo doesn't need to take up the whole space. There can be empty white space. You probably know what looks better than I do so just go with what you feel works best. Here's an image that I created with gimp. I'm not good at all with these programs. I also want it to say "Play Free Online Games" underneath the logo:

As you can see the "play" is in blue kind of 3d. The "PASS" is in a credit card shaped yellow box, and the "Games" is the same color blue as play is.

I do realize that this is not at the size I am asking and it doesn't have the "Play Free Online Games" underneath it.

How Long does it take you guys to make a logo like the one gamehopper made. It's amazing, but if your good I can image it to be pretty quick.

Just so you know something simple like the one I made for you can be made in about 5 minutes or less in photoshop. A more refined look can be achieved in illustrator but it generally takes me much longer in illustrator to make the intense graphics from scratch.

Also when I do graphics if the client comes up and knows pretty much what they want the logo to look like that shortens the time to make it by several days. So you having a mock-up of what you wanted made it take less time.

So the short answer to your question is every logo is different, presents different challenges, and takes different amounts of time. I have one logo I have been working on for 3 weeks now. It will be finished when the client is satisfied. I won several logo contests on sitepoint before they moved contests to 99designs, and now do it on the side for local businesses.
