Are there Any Video and Game CMS Systems?

I do that on Fun Games to Play Online - Woochoochinchilla . I use phpArcadeScript.

just search google for the script and video pack also check there support forums as sometimes there are webmasters who post there packs in them.
arcadesitebuilder.com is a good gamepack resource...

Check out topmediascript.com. It can do videos, games, and pictures.

Also you can go to gamepacks.org. I have 2,900 gamepack and plenty of video packs for topmediascript. Also I will be releasing a 4,200 gamepack some time next week.
