Low CTR is normally a sign of cheating

That is not really true it would be more true for high CTR... if someone was getting a CTR of 50% then .... that would be really suss.

A low ctr could be a flood of impressions inbound to acrue a "bank" for that user to have. Serveral reasons for low inbound ctr is
To many banners from same exchange
To many banners from many exxhanges
Banner put on game page below fold and never seen

A 50% CTR isn't always a sign of cheating.

For example, a (crap) site with 10 UV's per day would have a higher bounce rate, and could send 5 unique clicks = 50% CTR.

I have seen that kind of CTR when I ran arcadebannerexchange.net

Char, I looked at your account again, but it doesn't exist anymore? Did you cancel it?

OK... I talked to the owner tonight and he has been away for 2 weeks. I was wondering why I havnt seen him.

He hasnt touched the admin area and was wondering how a person got banned/deleted.
