That banner is banned on FunKlicks, the software will reject it.

O BOY...here we go. I always said I would not get into a pissin match, but I guess I have to.

Peter,a qustion like that should be asked to me and not openly.

What is the age group of most players?
Do they see this at pools or ocean...possible worse?
is it animi and not real poeple?

Now if you dont like it running on your site....take of the Mibbi code.

I don't see any reason to ban a banner that is designed to make a teenage boy click on something. Yes a quality click is nice, but honestly when I run nice banners showing game scenes I rarely get the generous ctr that a banner such as this will get. (Exception is FK... I don't know how you do it Mark... I really don't)
When I changed my own opinion on this matter, I now run several banners, and the one with anime chics still wins, while the traffic quality remains virtually the same.
The reality is we are all trying to make teens click ads or anything that pays us. To get so uppity that you think anime pics of girls are offensive in some way is absolutely silly. Its what you would click on if you where a teenage boy. Now if that banner was on my site and lead to a porn game site, I would then be a little pissed off. But it doesn't it leads to a harmless game site.

ON THE OTHER HAND
If I ever open an arcade designed to cater to PRETEEN children (like a dress up site, or a spongebob site) then this banner would not be appropriate. In that case I would not use the exchange.
Since I am trying to direct my site at teenage boys I see no problem with giving them something to waste time on... like clicking that banner.

I'd say that banner is about as far as it should go on mainstream arcades. There's no nudity, just some big boobs lol. The images aren't that far off from dressup game thumbnails. I've had some banners that weren't quite as bad as that one get rejected before... just because there was an anime girl in 2 out 4 or 5 frames.

Asking an opinion is one thing Pete....posting my exchange openly is another. What value did it gain by doing that...except to sling mud.

I sugest you concentrate on your exchange and how to make it better than it is.

One thing you need to also consider is the fact of getting the users attention it isn't showing any nude images as its only anime heck you would see anime on games at sertain places when you play or get half way into the game. Would you remove it then? heck if your ad publisher isn't saying anything regarding the banner then why panic about this?...

As exchanges its our job to increase CTR but at the same time we will include risky but none nude imaging will be shown due to its family viewing... And also its not like it leads to a site full of adult games is it? either?..

Don't push exchanges around when they know whats better for CTR performance and whats not better... I'm a gamer myself and if someone lower age from me seen it they woulded hide under there desk would they? no... lol..

My point is clear and i have a strong view over this anybody who disagrees with my point theres always banners.fixdisney.com HAHA!
