Framing Games

Do I have to ask people before framing a game on their site?

There is a game that is exclusive to a site. So, I can't get it on my site, but I can use Iframe or I can give a plug the game. What is the better thing to do?

I am always happy to get game plugs, and most other people do too.

If you Iframe or frame the entire page containing the game that is usually fine however if you Iframe just the game file that is considered leeching.

Yep, it would be framing the entire page. It's setup in the arcade script where you enter a URL and it frames the page for you.

I really like the game, so I'll either plug the game or frame the page...not sure yet.

Heres my view apon this...

Now if it was from like the offical site say sega for example it would be okay to frame the game as you can't add it to your own.

If it was a arcade or gaming site then a Gameplug would be recommended... As some webmasters bitch at you for framing there site unless you ask them first... then ok.. lol

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Don't need people pissed at me. Although, I noticed it's on Kongregate too.

Will probably do a gameplug.
