Default Possible turn-around for SNA

Over the past week I have been considering getting rid of my arcade script I am initially using [Arcade Builder] and replacing the entire site with Invision Power Board v2.3.1 with ibProArcade.

On top of that, I would also be including a Cash Shop, Attack Shop and Battle System incorporated into the arcade forum also.

This turn-around could prove to be a powerful advantage, or the complete disarray of SNA. I believe I could generate more traffic and revenue with this system, as I do want to run a forum alongside SNA, but do not want people to sign up separately for the site and the forums which is a waste of time. This system would allow users to register once and enjoy all the services that I will be providing.

I am just curious as to what my friends here at TA have to say about this.

Are you going to allow guests to play games? I would.
Also I would make the site structured to have the arcade as the main feature and forum secondary. ie, don't make the home page look like a forum or forum-portal.
I like what you are doing. It might be a bit difficult to start gaining members but after a while you'll start to gain some real fans that visit the site every day.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've set myself up a local test server in order to properly set everything up correctly.

As for gamepacks, I might have to download a few of them and install them before launching the resite. Don't want to relaunch with only 16 games. :P
