Petition against GXKingdom

I am here to start a petition to have GXKingdom removed from the community here at Talk Arcades.

This person has recently been caught cheating and stealing traffic from affiliated websites, and just recently learned of him selling copyrighted mods which are not written or owned by himself.

This is a petition to have a known thief and scammer removed from this community. Not only has this person cheated hits and stolen traffic from affiliated websites, he has also costed affiliated websites precious traffic revenue and is even promoting pirated software in this community.

Here he is caught stealing traffic and revenue, and cheating using a script:

ban him already before he scams anyone here, hes already tried by selling stuff he doesnt own rights too.

For reasons I won't state in public I think we should let him stay.

If you ban him, what would it accomplish? We already have people who come in here under multiple names, what would stop him from doing the same? Even an IP address ban can be worked around.
