Universal Gamepack?

Hi all,

I'm working on some cool additions for my site. And I'm planning on making some universal gamepacks (free for registered members (you can join for free)) and I don't want to make like 25 different packs for every script. So I was thinking about making some kind of a (My)SQL input generator so people can just select the table wanted for the Title of the Game, The Categorie, The location and the description of the game. Click generate and they'll have their SQL sheet.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this (since I don't wan't to waste my holiday on scripting generators that aren't used) and I'd like to hear if you know some extra things that should be added to it to, like thumbnails.

btw: do you prefer gamepacks with remotely hosted games or gamepacks with games you'll have to download and put on your server by yourself?

I think that would be very nice.
I use a custom script, so my database design is different. A generator would be very useful for me since I can't use other gamepacks.

That's a great idea

I guess you could provide an option to choose whether to use local files or remotely hosted files, and just include the game files so we can use it optionally.

Thumbnails would be nice too.

I prefer hosting my own games and would appreciate if the images came in the gamepack (preferrably in different sizes cause most arcades use different size images)

Mmm... what sizes are commonly used? I've seen 70px by 60px, 100px by 100px and 60px by 60px
