but anyone know whats happened?

Looks like they locked your account.
Could be many reasons
Payment
Server resources
SPAM
Phishin

Do as it says on the page and contact them.......

please i need to be sure if its the serveers or my accounts becos it SAYS SUSPENEDED ACCOUNT

and yes, I am also a host and I find a bad PHP script that wil allow it to be hacked I will shut it down.

What has REAL support said?

if yo go here Ultimatearcadezone.com - Ultimate Arcade Zone go down to REVERSE IP and click on the 598 sites link. This will bring up a few of the other sites on that server. Click on thoose and I see them working. Thi smakes me believe it could be your account.
