Anywhere from a few days to a few years with VCM.
If you can get YPN, you don't need Adsense. YPN pays soooooo much better. But to answer the question, no. YPN and Adsense on the same page is a violation of their TOS. At least, last I heard anyways. They tend to change frequently, usually for the more restrictive.
