BMX/Bike games using same engine?

Hi,

Looks like there are hundred of bike/bmx games using the same engine (see the screenshot I'm sure you know a few) : Is it an open source stuff or a usable paid engine?
Or simply the same creators each time?

Most games in this genre are developed by Iriysoft.

Iriysoft either uses an outdated physics engine or has built some custom classes of their own. Personally, I think the box2D physics is the best for flash. I believe Bike Champ uses it. While, I'm assuming that Iriysoft uses Flade. Emanuele Feronato sums up all the flash physics engines I know of in this post.
Hope this answers some questions.
