I almost bought TalkArcades over a year ago when it was for sale for about $600 if I remember correctly.
I passed because it made no money and wasn't very active at the time.. I wish I had bought it now. I'm sure it's working out well for him.

Actually, the webmaster niche make a ton of money because the traffic is so targeted and the users are willing to pay to make money. look at www.johnchow.com. Mostly visited by webmasters and he makes $30k a month these days.
