Smile I need a quick review from you!

I need you to look at my site http://www.playpassgames.com real quick. I changed the background to one of the buttons I had made for me. Do you think I should keep this background because it makes it look more unique, or do you think I should change it back to the regular blue, or do you have any other ideas?

Ahh personally... I don't like it but others might.

Maybe try a gradient or another colour?

That background is horrid. Change it to plain white. repeating buttons isn't good.

I changed it back to plain white. If anyone is interested, the background was: repeated.

I guess it didn't look as good as I thought it did.

Does anyone know how to make the edges curved. I would really like to do that for all of the boxes on the left side, the header, the grey menu box, and the blue game title boxes. (should I make a new thread about this?)

White would be better then that image but now there is a lot of white. Try using some light gray on the sides.

The first thing I see when I looked at your site was the flashing gifs, a lot of white space, and a lot of plain text. If I were a gamer I would most likely click the flash banners and never think twice about your site. maybe this is part of your plan but if most of your users are doing this then you will be getting visitors but no game plays or revenue.

I like the unique header image though, try to encoroperate the rest of the site to match.

I'm thinking about making my own site design with dreamweaver and then coding it with some php. It might work as I did my initial design (before the script) like this, no php though. I'll give it a test run and see how it goes!
