Any tips for http://www.playflasharcade.com/ ?

I've had the site for close to 7 months now, and it's not my first arcade.

Any tips in general? I'm all ears!

Design.. Layout.. Content.. Anything!

From Experience and Harsh Comments: It would be beneficial to you to get rid of the long ad on the left side. In place of it add something like "Newest Games" or "Top Games".

There are too many ads on the top, and two of the ads are showing the same exact ad which is a major turnoff. I couldn't get this outta my head until just... yesterday. "Ads are not good and will drive people away." Try to keep them to a minimum, but maximzie the placement.

Try to build some links. Yahoo says you have under 2k backlinks. Also the more game thumbs a users sees without scrolling the better. Maybe add a Most Popular game section above the 2 300x250's that only shows 80x80 0r 100x100 thumbs. That should lower your bounce rate and increase your page views

Hmm. I added Random Games up top above the ads instead of just Featured Game. I'll try and knock off the game name, and description so it'll be just the thumbnail but I don't know any coding so it'll just be luck if I get it. :P

Well you don't want to get an error you don't know how to reverse. Why not keep it like that but add 2 more rows. To do that you just need to find the end of the mysql_query() where it says "LIMIT 2" and change it to "LIMIT 6". That should work.
