Mainpage google ad= almost redundant given the width of your site.
Game page ads= could try using two 468x60 image only ads directly above and beneath the game. Generally speaking though the aim is to position ads close to areas that naturally incite visitor interaction, but without violating google tos. Good luck!

Hmm, try to sort the layout a bit first
, remove the top section where the text-based ad is so that all the game thumbs/descriptions are more visible - that's the first thing viewers want to see isn't it. Perhaps you could have the text-based ad between category sections instead. Also the ad on the right isn't really going to be clicked, as the viewers will be looking at the left side of the site where the games are. Quite nice placements on the gamepage, could you put ads either side of the actual game as well? |

Hey LolJo
Nice logo and cool 5L domain. Things that come to mind for me is this right here. 1. All the pops got to go: Running guys away before they have time to click and FF caught everyone of them. At the early stage you don't want to intimadate arcade visitors and like most even if I had a big arcade Pops just are not feasable. 2. Loosen up on the game play tokens a bit: Guys who stick around longer tend to eventually leave via an advertisement. 3. Forget that big add up top and bottom less is more and they are just redundant ads. Google will slap you and smart price you for them because to there algorithm it will look like you are showing more impressions than you really are ( because 2 of the ads match almost completely ) and that will also throw off the numbers you are looking at in your account. 4. Fill in some descriptions: Make guys want to play the game and as for me when it comes to text ads on Big G I like to drop a nice little half sized baby by the description Example: http://www.gubug.com/dress%20up-game...l-Dressup.html Notice the small unobtrusive Big G ad text right by the description Now you will have to exparement to see what works best on your site but that works well for me. 5. Image you just put on the side is cool IMO AAAH another long post I still got it in me LOL.

Ed the ad is showing completely it is the half size 237x60 on that example page. All impressions counted and it just gets away from the 486x60 everyone knows and avoids like the plague. Also this forces Big G to show only 1 ad ( So probably is the highest bidder ). Just like a game of chess me Vs the machine.
