If you're targetting Chinese people, shouldn't it be in chinese?
 EDIT1: Oh, don't I feel stupid? there are translation buttons at the top there haha. (damn my joke fell apart!) if it is targetted to or mainly to chinese people i would say you should make the default text into chinese and then add a english translation button on the top

mariogames1 you can get people from china to visit your site by advertising some ad networks allow you to choose targetted audience but i think if you can get in top for the keywords : "chinese games" or similar you may get some good chinese traffic! also submit to Chinese Search Engines Like http://baidu.com/ (which is the largest chinese SE) or http://google.cn/ or http://www.G.cn
