Nice clean theme and logo. Its a little dark for my tastes but I am sure many will love it.

Interesting... I didn't see any ads.

Lol, I don't have any ads on it currently. It seems as though you've looked at it while I was in the middle of editing the theme. And yeah, I was going for a dark theme. I just added some gradient backgrounds for the menus. That actually lightened it up a bit.

You should fix some of the gradients used, as part of the text in the gradient is chopped off as it blends into the white part of the gradient.

The text seems quite legible to me... Which parts are you talking about?
