Now that is a pretty good site.. Fast loading, few graphics, clean design yet stylish, and not flooded with ads. Only a few changes I'd make to the padding, margins, and positioning to the ads... Too bad I can't say the same about your other two sites...

It's a very solid design. I'm not sure how relevant the thumbnail rollovers are though. Toning the thumbs down from the outset gives the whole design a faded feel. I'd be inclined to use the monotone background in contrast with the vibrant thumbnail images. That way the focus would be on the game content as opposed to the web 2.0 icon set in the header.
