Arcade-Mania --> new design

I've just finished working on a new layout for my arcade site, it's not much, but i think it's way better than the original theme. Anyway, i just played with the sharp theme, i made some tweaks in the css, added some stuff, made some gradients and this is what i ended up with. I'm not very experienced with coding and designing, but i managed to finish it. I just want some feedback, be it positive or negative, and i'm open to other suggestions, advice, or anything else.

Nice navbars very sleek yet cool.. unsure about mario he seems abit apart on your header that is 1st one lol.

but good to see that your not sticking with the main design. google will like you for it for sure. also try targeting diffrent keywords as everyone seems to target the high ones and they will end up selling out.

do some research into keywords for your site and it would take off from there!

) but i didn't want to give up on him because it fitted well with the header.
