Famousarcade.com has had like 300 people online all day!
Hey,
Just thought I'd share some really good traffic I'm having today at FamousArcade.com. There's been around 300 users online most of the day. I don't pay for any traffic and don't direct from arcadeaffiliate.com Pretty nice but I won't really know what happened until tomorrow. Regards, Sean

I'm not really sure at this point but it doesn't look like it's digg traffic.
I think it started some time in the afternoon so none of my stats are really giving the full story yet. By late tonight I'll have a much clearer idea of what's going on. Hoping it lasts is probably just a dream.

It happened to me something similar many time ago with my website Games Ark.
I was with my family and other families in a weekend trip at the sea, in a 4 stars hotel. They had a cyber room, and one of those weekend partners had to surf a few and we all went with him. After he finished to search and find for what he needed, with the rest of the 1 hour contracted we decided to play an online game, of course i suggested to go to my website. As many of you know, all cyber rooms clear everything when a session is closed, well, seems they had a bug in the cyber manager and my website had been visible in the history of the browser for more than two days. I noticed a big amount of traffic when i came back at home the day after, and after check stats in my server and make some traces... voilá, the traffic was coming from that hotel. I supose someone noticed the bug in the cyber manager or maybe a client, but those two days were crazy. Anyway and after that day, seems many of the people who visited the site remembered the url, because i had barely 300 visitors/day before that weekend, and since that day and without advertising, Games Ark has not been under 800 visitors/day. Did you opened your website in a shared computer?, who knows, maybe is a similar case. Let us know, if you wish. Regards MULITRI |
