Images are really pixelated, large space left of new games,light green at the footer made me colorblind, logo... not so good, favicon is just stripes? Not related to an arcade.
Other then that the only good thing i can see are the category layouts. Im sorry but your website does not look very appealing to me as a webmaster or user. It's a great try if you made it from scratch though just keep working on it.

the first link goes to a panda game site which I reviewed already. The other site:
footer: I would remove all of the W3C buttons, and subscribers / users online game page: The can't load section just make that a link, don't have all of those out going links on each page.
