I applied to CPMstar as well, and got accepted within 24 hours.
Tried them out on some spots, and can't say I'm impressed. Less CTR then adsense. Lower CPC then Adsense. On an avreage the last 4 days I'm getting under 1 cent per click. $0.008 to be accurate. Taking them of within the day. Even bannerexchanges are paying better then that.

I signed up yesterday and got approved within 24 hours. May be they short of publishers? If you have not applied for it, it's probably the right time to get in now.
