A useful free script

Hi Guys,

Not sure whether this should be here or under webmastering so I'll just post it here.

I use several different affiliate marketing companies for banner ads of varying sizes across all of my websites. In order to have a single point of edit for every banner type I use a free script from focalmedia.net, called HTML Rotator. All you have to do is upload the script once (no database needed it just writes to a text file) and create a rotation group (I use the banner size) then copy your affiliate codes into that group. Place a small code snippet in the head section of the websites where you want to display the banner/code, then another small code snippet in the html where the banner is to be displayed. That's it! If you have a new banner to show, just add it to the rotator group and it appears across all the sites that you set up. There are probably a few of these around, but I find this one so simple - like me lol.
