1:1 Game Plug Exchange with FunKlicks!

FunKlicks is pleased to announce the release of our new Game Plug exchange, and as an introductory promotional special we are offering a 1:1 click exchange.

Plug up to 5 of your arcade games with our new exchange. Banners must be static or tasteful 2-frame animations. Ad URL must link to a specific game, and banner must accurately reflect that game. JPGs are good choice for static images, as they resize better than GIFs.

Our new Game Plug exchange banner code allows you to seamlessly integrate game plug ads into your arcade by adjusting the size to fit your layout. If you want 75x75 thumbs, no problem. If you need 100x80 thumbs, no problem. Any size rectangle from 50x50 to 400x400 is currently being accepted, just edit the 2 pairs of width/height parameters in the banner code to suit. Also, these banners are not flashy and distracting. We are requiring that Game Plug banners be integrated into your site, or featured, and will not accept half-hearted buried placements. Members may place multiple game plugs per page, we haven't decided on the exact limit, but make sure the overall CTR stays decent.

Just login to your FunKlicks publisher to setup your plugs and get the banner code. Feel free to post your URL to share how you have integrated our flexible FK game plugs. We plan to offer the 1:1 promotion exchange rate for several weeks, so take advantage of this special now.

Is there a way that people can upload larger than 100x100 images? Also a way to only filter to show plugs with certain image sizes?

Like have people upload 300x300 images instead so the plug images don't look pixelated when enlarged.

Example:

I'm thinking about replacing some of my 300x250 ad spaces with the FK game plugs.

Hey, that's a good idea. It's going to be difficult to make sure that the image is perfectly crisp in every case, given different actual and display sizes, but I think allowing larger dimensions will help, so I've increased the limits. Game plug banners can now be uploaded in a range of sizes from 100x100 to 300x300.

All members that are participating in the Game Plug exchange have gotten some free credits, and I'm guessing that I'll be giving more free clicks away again soon. Early adopters always get a nice deal when I start a new channel/size. Combined with the 1:1 we are currently doing and the free traffic, that's a deal you won't often find. Hurry and get signed up and participating before the next giveaway.

Yeah, I saw this a few days back. The killer for me though is the lack of animation. Are you willing to accept tasteful multiframe animations on a case by case basis?

Some don't want flashing, or even multi-frame animations in their prime real-estate, so the Game Plug channel gets a bit more formal so it can get into the nicer locations.

But there may eventually be some additional options for multi-frame.

I decided to try this out but there doesn't seem to be much variety in the ads. And all the ads I've seen so far are plugs to arcadeboss. Anyway, hopefully this will improve soon.

Another thing, I don't seem to be getting a 1:1 click exchange with game plugs. I clicked an ad on my site once and it earned me 18 impressions and 0 clicks.
