Arrow Time For Change? (Exchange Owners READ IT!)

Hey everyone,
This one goes out to any arcade/gaming exchange owners..
Now work with me on this one okay? right...

Now some do come here and there asking for static only banners aka none animated ones.. So i figures why don't exchanges just let them have that by making a new part for it?
And if they want it well its there and see how it jumps for any exchange...

I think this is a good idea to consider doing the concept of this is to increase arcade/gaming webmasters choice in choosing animated or static but they can have other options like so..

Static Banners Only
Animated Banners Only
Static + Animated Banners aka All

Because lets face it guys/gals if we want to be more professional and more experimental with our exchanges then we got to bring up this concept to not just mines but every exchange..... But not only that also advertisers would be more happy and webmasters who don't like the buggy animated banners. Sorry but we got to face it sometime not everybody digs animated banners.

Now i need the lot of you webmasters and.. including exchange owners... to give your thoughts about this... Agree's and disagree's the lot i tells ya all!

Summer is here and that means more traffic will be flowing around too!

I disagree - if people don't want animated banners, then they should join a text exchange

But if you wanted to take more consideration into expanding on your formats that would be the way to go i think. As we are almost like advertisment companys only were really smaller but taking there thoughts and features somewhat would do good than bad.

Static banners perform badly, so we should encourage users to use animated banners

Maybe so peter but i think there are a small depand for this and that demand is properly going to increase between 2008 and 2010 as more animated things are appearing on sites on the top of my head i think a 60% or over increase since 2006 on arcades and gaming sites.

There will be a better chance of demand by 2010 aka when they plainly get annoyed also when designer/custom arcades/gaming sites come to light.

Most exchanges are shouting APPEALING APPEALING APPEALING well if your shouting that how come some don't agree with this factor and wish to have SOME form not saying a major form but some form of static banners in arcade/gaming site exchanges.

The factor is clear weather exchanges take more consideration and research into this has to be justified by exchange owners in relation to arcade/gaming sites related.

I feel the animated banners are usually not too visually appealing though, they are distracting and make most sites look ugly in my opinion.

To webmasters, maybe. BUT they generate nice ctr's, so someone likes them
