My Arcade Banner Exchange Experience

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would leave my experience here for everyone to see:

mibbi.com
pages per visit 2.67
time on site 2:12
bounce rate 62.14

ads.gamesbannernet.com
pages per visit 2.04
time on site 1:42
bounce rate 70%

arcadebanners.com
pages per visit 1.29
time on site 0:40
bounce rate 90%

gamersbanner.com
pages per visit 1.93
time on site 1:52
bounce rate 54.17%

adplz.com
pages per visit 1.93
time on site 0:38
bounce rate 64.91%

So in a previous thread I think I said that I thought that mibbi wasn't working to well for me previously and I stopped using them but resigned up not long ago and well that stats speak for themselves :-) that is pretty good but overall they are all fairly low.

I have another gaming site which I have an ad on and here are the stats:

pages per visit 8.42
time on site 9:14
bounce rate 25%

Overall I think that I may stop using arcade banners and reducing down the amount of banners I use. Are there any other arcade banner exchanges which do good and what is everyone elses experience?

Arcadebannerexchange.net is good

Have you tried FunKlicks or ArcadeAffiliate? Or ArcadeBannerExchange.com or ArcadeBannerExchange.net?

Try them.

I am not a fan of banner exchanges but this data could be affected by the actual banner you are using. If you are using a 'blind' banner to get higher ctr then that could be a reason for poor stats.

The URL shouldn't matter given the info he's provided.

There are alot of things that can effect your recorded results with an ad network or arcade banner exchange including your statistics not even knowing that the visitor was sent from a piticular exchange, it can alot of times think it's coming from the actual site the banner was shown on or even no site at all.

That probably doesn't help much but it should be known..

From my experience paying for advertisements I'd be happy with around 40%-60% Bounce, around 4 page views and around 2-4 minutes per visitor.

It sounds like you've got a really good advertiser there but it's not really the norm.

I am just playing around with these things at the moment and most of my traffic is from the search engines. I would like to keep maybe 3-5 banner exchange sites on my site but still trying to work out which ones are best

Arcadebanners.com is the best arcade exchange I guess. I'm using it too and I get a good banner exchange traffic from it.
