I have worked on several scripts, SQL and BACKEND Coding.. None of them are the same... OnArcade and GSS Are 2 completely differnt scripts, OnArcade *looks* like GSS but its not a direct rip... I have GSS and onArcade running right now.. GSS is the clear winner but OnArcade isnt far behind it.. If the developer / owner doesnt get lazy and stop working on it.. OnArcade would catch up to GSS soon..

I guess it is time for me to 'defend' myself.
O... just before I start I would like to quote one WebHostingTalk member:

Posting that "it looks like" only makes you look bad.

How many different ways can you make something like this look?

This isn't a rip off, this is just a very basic design.

Who told you this? I would really like to know who started these rumours, because I have heard this before, some are even saying that I have stated myself that I am reselling Pinoy's or Edulpo's script, but I somehow can not recall stating it. I guess I must have been really drunk when I said that

Its exactly the same, but cheaper?
They cannot take any legal action because it isn't their script. Yes, template may look a bit similar to what gamesitescript has, but there are 100s of arcade sites using similar template without gamesitescript and no one has been or can be sued.

No, onArcade doesn't use the same SQL structure as gamesitescript.
And if you are looking for games, then one member at our forums is selling them http://www.onarcade.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=17
I am also hoping to get few game packs out soon.

Well, I'll try not to get lazy, but no promises.

And good news to all who think that onArcade template is a rip off of gamesitescript: v1.1 will come out with new and better looking skin. Actually there will be 2 new skins, but one is already finished and the other is still being worked on. Also 1.1 will have many new features from subcategories to... well everything that one arcade needs.

Will the release be free to upgrade? Because I won't buy the script now and buy it again later. Also, if this forum's giving out free gamepacks for posting. Will any gamepacks work with GSS? That's something I really need to know.

I hope to finish it in about 2 weeks, but I have still very much work to do.

Oh, well I'm soon getting the script. But dammit! No one answers my main question; if this forum's giving out free gamepacks for posting. Will any gamepacks work with GSS? That's something I really need to know.

The Games WILL WORK ON ANY OTHER ARCADE; However, they will not include the proper SQL Structure for the other Arcades..

The Game Packs are ONLY for OnArcade (AT this time)..

You *CAN* Add the games manually if you wish.
