Hans im not been baised to digitali but i have to say that im on digital's side too... Because i feel he has done lots of work in his site...

I think hans you must give him a liscene for half price or somethign?

Hans what you are asking has already been done. Nothing will convince you and I am sorry you cant see that. Again if you feel like we are infringing on your intelectual property contact an attorney. I don't have to prove that we are coded different and I done a million things to try and show this but here we go again. I will NOT show a screenshot of my admin area because we have features that I dont want Hans or anyone else adding unless they can come up with them on there on. Here is something however maybe even guys who don't code will understand this.

Go to kedoba.com and search for " Donkey Kong "
You will find 1 result out of the 2000+ games

Now go to Gubug.com and search for " Donkey Kong "
you get 2 search results
Donkey Kong
&
Banana Barrage

Guess what that same game is on Kedoba so if we are using the same core script as kedoba how on earth are the results different?

Go to kedoba.com and search for " side scroll "
NO RESULTS
Now do the exact same search on Gubug.com
13 results all side scroll based games

OK hopefully now Hans you will see that your request has already been granted my friend. I am not trying to bash you I just am not running your script on my site. Any similarities are merely because certain words can be found on EVERY arcade.

the script is a PHP script,
and PHP is a server side scripting language,
all of the references you are ranting about
are client side and common functionality
shared throughout (all) sites on the internet.

I can run my arcade in peace. What more can I do to convince anyone that we don't have to steal code out of warez forums? You are the one that insulted us Hans and we dont run your script and that is just one way for me to prove under my hood there is a different engine I hope you guys get it if not. Sorry but I can't keep this up anymore and I don't have to at this point I would not care if this ENTIRE THREAD disapeared and HANS can take any disputes up in court. I think if the thread did it would certainly help Hans business because what you are doing now Hans by continuing to push none issues is damaging your brand. I have to make a promise to EVERYONE and MYSELF at this point if you see me on this board it will not be in this thread. I cant say or do anything more and I DONT have too. Hans get an attorney if you want but this is not a big enough issue for me to take legal action on you. I just want to be left ALONE at this point so I can run my arcade.

Dude you put up some dam good fight for this and i respect that truely i do... But considering the evidence that has been slashed apon you if you considered taking this seriously into court you'll more likey lose than get anything from it. So whats better? Buying a licence at €44 or paying a massive bill to fly over and get arrangements to court plus other varyed expensies truely isn't worth it. If i was in your shoes i would just buy a licence to keep the law from my back after all you've already profited from it.

Yes the point is made clearly by now that there is more onarcade scripting than custom scripting by alfred and you'll properly win this case because of that. Reason why you'll win it is because the coding and scripting is copyrighted to you longer than when gubug was first created therefore a default advantage.

Alfred just be a gent and pay the man rather than cause trouble which you know yourself can only get to a so high level... Seriously i respect you as a traffic trader and a fellow webmaster and a friend to me too.. So just end it and pay it off..

This ticked me off so much you made me go back on a promise to myself LOL and I don't often do that.

This is why people hate internet forums and I been able to stay out of mess like this for 10+ years now. Maybe I should pay Uglygit for the chat script he wrote for my site or anyone else who wants some money for work we done. This is not how business works if you have a dispute take it to COURT. Hint if I were using his script and that could be proven I would not be suggesting for him to go to court would I? We got some trading software with japanese Candlesticks on them in the charts but I can go out and accuse the 1000s of other software developers with some of the same BASIC features on their software of ripping my product and expect them to pay me. Again he is not asking me to pay he said stop using his script and I am not using HIS script. I have not seen him point out one single thing that will hold in a court of law in the USA where this will be governed at due to the fact he filed on me with a hosting company in the USA.

I doubt very much that Hans would have the right or power to shutdown Digitali16's site now that Digital has clearly proven more than once that he purchased it from what he thought was a legitimate source which clearly as someone stated earlier makes you both victims. I think it is immoral for Hans to expect Digitali16 to pay for a license or stop using the script when really he should be targeting the people illegaly distributing the script.

hitsfree you are just showing me how little you know about the law. You can't sue someone in the USA on the grounds of variables sharing the same name. This is not intellectual property and NO ONE can claim it.

Example:
Fergie song = " big girls dont cry "
Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons song = " big girls dont cry "
So someone picks a CSS name for their table and then from that point on no one else can use that name?

Then tell you that you are a warez thief in a public forum. I am amazed that after all I have been through seems alot of guys like to come post in this thread like I owe something to a guy who cant show me one reference to onarcade in my script. I should pay him when my script has completely different functionality in almost every way because he shares some EXACT variable names.

Actually thinking he purchased it from a legitimate souce and actually purchasing it from a legtimate source are two difference things.

What if someone took your computer and then sold it to your neighbor for $50 because the person said he was the owner? And then you went to your neighbors house and said, "Hey that's my computer ... " and your neighbor responded "No ..I bought it from some guy who said it was his comptuer to sell" ... how would you react?
