The support forum says I am not activated when I go to the support forum section but when I try and activate it... it says I am activated... how annoying. :P

Hans is pretty good at support, but he does live in Estonia so he might take a few hours to get back to you if you PM him while he is away sleeping. He will take care of it though, he's good at that.
