Do you get more than what you put into your ad campaigns? Yes or No!

If you answered Yes! Good Job!

If No, than you need to rethink your strategy.

If you are an arcade owner and you are paying for advertising WTF! is your problem? You do realize that there are several great free programs out there that will help you promote and establish your brand both free and simple.

Examples.

Mibbi
FunKlicks
TalkArcades

Much More.

The only thing you need is the patience and no how to word your posting properly, and know how to use keywords.

Example and I hope no one gets offended...

If you where to make a post title "Free Porn - ### Really!" I promise you at least 65% of people scaming will stop, and look at your post. Why because it sales. Its all word play. And if you notice how I said (" ### ") Once they open your post restate your Title

"Free Porn - Not Really!" but

I advertise my arcades every month. Last month I made about $560 from them and $74 of that was pure profit. My ROI is increasing every month now. Advertising does work. You just have to keep monetizing your arcade until it starts making a profit.

Right I know it takes time. I was just saying if your not making any profit. When to pull out I also was refering to change your style. the way you present your product.

Someone told me Amazon was in the red for 2 years.

EDIT: Looks like 7 years if I'm reading this correctly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon....business_model

i tend to make double of what i spend on adverts, but i only do small ad campaigns. I used to have banner exchanges but when i looked over the stats i found i was sending a lot of traffic to them and getting nothing in return, so i placed ads in they place and i make a good amount of money.

Thanks for discussion.
I suppose that almost every webmaster faces the problem of choice between banner advertising and traffic exchange. As the site owner I should admit that traffic exchanges bring a lot of traffic to the site especially in it's launch period. And it's free. They give free bonuses, which can guarantee a good startup of your project. They advertise you on a number of sites, related to yours, which can guarantee traffic targeting.
There are only four things about this issue: the quality of traffic sent by the exchange, their service, the number of sites in this network and usability / flexibility of the system. These factors can influence my choice. Still I try every network to find one that suits me better. And only in case no one can give me good traffic I trade my 100x100 banners.
Traffic building is a really hard thing to describe it in a few words. Have a good luck in posting and link building!
