non english speaking countries and poor countries will pay less,but it depends on the advertisers,your ad network,ect...
"Quality Traffic" depends on your site. if your site is in japanese,it just makes sense that US traffic is not "Quality Traffic"  |

Why are you concerned about country or quality?
Just curious since arcade traffic comes from all over the world.

Its a funny thing but I find US traffic to be some of the poorest quality traffic around. One of my sites gets traffic from many countries and out of the top 10 sending countries the US has the lowest page views, lowest time on site and highest bounce rates.
