Adding a sitemape killed my site

about two weeks ago i decided ill add a site map in google webmaster page, that was fine i also added a buttion ob the bottom of my page linking to my site map, everything was fine but a few about two days of adding the sitemap all the keyword i got hits from just disappeared, i get next to no hits from google, i was wondering if anyone know who to fix this and get my keywords back?

Google will de-index your site until they have re-crawled it. That's why people don't change their site title regulary.

If Google is on your site a lot (it's on WebGamesNetwork daily), then it will only take a few hours, but can take days if not.

iv changed my title a few times, so should i just give it time

go into webmastertools and see if your sitemap is ok.
i've heard sometimes adding a sitemap can have a bad affect.
don't link to a xml sitemap,just tell the bots where you have it in your robots.txt.

don't keep changing your title.pick one and stay with it.that may be why your dropping in rankings.

It says my site map is ok but google bot has not been pn my site since Sep 7, i wont change the title anymore, thanks for your help
