Never delt with them.
Their website design is about the worst I've seen in many years.

Do they want text links? If so just make sure you get paid upfront and you have nothing to loose.

1st their website looks like it was built in 1995
2nd they've been around spamming people's email inboxs since 2005 or 2006( i recieved an email from them a few years ago)

I've been getting contacted by them for years. From what someone told me who did use them, they pay you in advance, BUT their tracking is on the low side. So for example, if they bought 500,000 impressions from you, when you think you've finally served them, they might say you've only served them 300,000 impressions, meaning you have to keep sending them impressions even though you know you've sent them the correct amount.
