Traffic Drop

Howdy Everyone,

Has anyone noticed a decrease in traffic for their arcade website?

Maybe as off a week or so ago my traffic has dropped nearly 15%

Though I am using other methods to try and drive some more traffic to my site but has anyone else seen this?

i dunno if schools out really applies everywhere. My traffic has stayed the same for the most part accept for last week when my site was screwed up for 4 days cause of my ex host >_<

Could be due to your particular environment.

summer has always been a slower season for my arcades.

xbox and playstation are far superior to flash games.

Our main demographic seems to be school kids goofing off while at school. Maybe try to appeal to other demographics, like housewives who don't really get into the xbox/playstation.

Yup its definitely the summer holidays causing the drop for most of us.

And a search on TA (if ya find it) talks about shcool in the states being out and the drop in traffic and rev. This was posted last year.

Then you will see a second post where a few of us all started to dance and cheer when school came back in

Usually July and early August are top months for game
traffic in US.
