They're actually doing decent for me, although I have like 10 banners set at 244 weight on there. I'll see how Arcade Banner Exchange - Your Number 1 Arcade Exchange! treats me.

If they don't work out try bannerflux.com or showtimeclicks.com they have stable ratios along with bannerflux having over 100+ active members on board too.

Plus bannerflux offers the cheapest packages around i checked all rivals and not one can top my offers. lol hijacking XD
