dont waste your time on banner exchange usually those wont bring you any good for google PR. buy a good link, google adswords and submit to many directory as you can.

Since he said he wanted traffic in a hurry, it doesn't really help to offer SEO advice like buying links and submitting to directories. Certainly SEO can bring lots of traffic if it is done correctly, but it will take weeks if not months for that to come to fruition.

AdWords used to work for me, but these days they won't show ads for my arcade site unless I bid $10.00 per click. I think they've lost their minds.

If you want traffic in a hurry the only thing that makes sense is buying from a very large website or an established targeted traffic network.

I would recommend funklicks. If you don't feel comfortable using funklicks, I can sell you traffic for $0.01 CPC. A penny per unique visitor.

Oh wait, you want traffic and not banner impressions on a CPM basis? If thats the case I can do RON traffic for $5 CPM. Will require prepayment via paypal or credit card, proof of id, and phone number for verification. Too many stolen credit card numbers floating around these days.
