A lot of people will get nothing because they don't understand how it works.....
For instance stumbling your main page will get you almost nothing....... Stumbling a page full of ads........nothing.......trial games that try to get you to buy full version...instant thumbs down by other stumblers.....a crappy game that is so dumb.......5 pages on the same domain will get you cut off from stumbling that domain! Think about how it works......it's all about community........The stumble that you do will hold more weight if you stumble many other sites (that are not yours) and thumb them up......give reviews add friends etc....it's all built into the algorithm.... Kieth is right make sure you got good hosting...... There are many other ways to get even more traffic by using some tricks to go along with your stumbling........but that is another story  Also I think from now on ...1 for 1 stumbles should be taken to PM....... Also I am willing to give out my IM screen name by PM to those who want to be regular traders. I can use Yahoo IM MSN, and Google talk.....PM me to IM me

From the FAQ of stumblexchange it appears that stumbleupon knows about the site and is OK with it...
But indeed, use at your own risk...
