Need Money So Selling a my Banner Exchange

Hello, everyone... i have came to a point in life where I hate dealing with some of my sties, allthou this site is not the case, it's just I have no use for it anyways, i am developing a new banner exchange and a Massive Online Gaming Tournament Website so i really need the money,so here is what i am selling,

I am selling one of my banner exchanges for only

250$ dollars

the hosting cost 150 a year by it'self so it's only like 50 dollars for the site...
and it's a VDS virtual Dedicated server...

check it out, I would like to sell it asap and i may just take the better offer if i get it real soon.

I have a problem loading the site. What software is it using? I would like to see a screen shot of the awstats to see how many banners you serve each day. When did you start the exchange?

OK! Yeah, It's using, phpBannerExchange but I moded it out a lot...
Also, it's a VDS so sometimes you may have to restart the server...
Im contacting the host right now about it... to tell them they need to fix it
if they dont Im going to get a refund and find a new host... Which that should take care of it, i will post a screen shot of awstats in a few minutes, as soon as I get a reply from them... or they move me to a new server

but i usally get about 40,000 or so uniques a day.
