I have a question.

With Commission Junction they ask you to fill up a form regarding taxes and stuff.

I'm not in US, but my server is.

Is that will be consider as someone is working for me in US?

I do not have anyone working with or for me in the US. Just the server.

Sorry I am a bit confuse with this.

No it doesn't... I had to look into that as well a while back, I think I even asked someone who knew the ins and outs.

It says you must own the server or web service, which I assume you do not.
It then says if you have employees who are involved in... which I assume you do not actually have employees in the states doing those thing.

Renting a hosting service, dedictated server, etc... does not mean you own it. The people you rent it from are not your employees either.

I had a commission account

Some of the ads I ran were:
Popcap
Nanovor
Yahoo
Gamevance

its all CPA, and is terrible. I just dropped them and went CPMStar. IMO its a waste of time and ad space to run CJ adverts.

Have to agree with rive0108. CJ has been around for years, and I've tried them off and on over the years, and never made any real money from them.

But I have a problem with CPMstar I applied nearly a month ago, still no answer.

Maybe that means they drop it? I will have to check that again.

I saw there are some adds they pay you per sale, and quite high(with CJ).
As I am testing everything I may give them a go; although I know you are right and I will come back here in a month and say It was a waste of time

Its only a waste of time if your offering the wrong things to the people who browse your sites.

Affiliate marketing is where the big $$$'s are if you can get your gamers to go from your site and buy something on another site

Its ok, you can have server anywhere in the world, you can still use CJ. Also i never had to enter any tax details for withdrawal. I got my payment once. Then i dropped the program because it was slow.

I too still haven't been able to make some money from cj placing banners on my arcades. But I see some webmasters are doing it, and probably earning good $.
