Default A word of warning to every webmaster...

Hey everybody,
Well i am always 24/7 on the pc but latey i was getting a hell of alot tired for some reason. Also falling behided work which was never like me at all. So i googled a few things which at first diden't work but when i put it into detail it did the trick.

So heres a word of warning "TAKE MORE BREAKS AND GO OUTSIDE MORE!"


This appeared on a site and that nailed me all over i never thought it was anything at all i thought it was just me... but clearly it wasen't...

Since you are sitting for long periods and not moving, I'm sure your muscles are a little lacking on oxygen. The muscles rely on movement for circulation and oxygen and are also a main part of the reason why blood can make it back up your legs back to your heart.

So again, while you are taking a break from your eyes, take a gander about the room or step out for some fresh clean air and walk around.

I think the tingling sensation in your head will go away if you do this. The reason why you are tired at night is because you are sitting all day. Not doing enough can make us feel tired too. Get outside a little more, take a walk, and get some air.
Take that advice in and you'll be happy to work on a pc everyday which atm i am not so i need to take this into account lol...

I'm a smoker so I have to leave the pc and go outside for cigarette every so often.

Yea well surpisinly i'm not a smoker so it makes it a little more edgy to just take a walk around when theres so many things in my head.

Dude, that was me all over as well a few weeks ago. I was on the PC all hours not getting enough sleep, eating junk for quick snacks, feeling like a peice of crap.
I to went down hill with my sites, then I decided to go back to the gym ... best thing I ever done. now my brain is kinda working again ,not so stressed or worried about my sites.
losing some weight again to and feeling great.

The best thing is I am keen to add a game or 2 everyday and design some sites

Well we are screwed, we have been sitting in a unlit basement for hours on end besides our hourly smoke breaks, the only part of our bodies moving is our fingers and eyes, and I personally am considering making some kind of automatic eye drop machine because my eyes are on fire. Only two more games to add and its off to do some manual labor.
